Observation

A crib was seen to have a flimsy mattress that was not covered with a tight fitted sheet. 4/12/2023 A proper mattress has been ordered and will arrive on Saturday. After TA with licensor. Provider will not use this crib and will use one crib for two children, ensuring it is cleaned and sanitized between uses with a clean sheet put on. These children nap at different times. 4/16/23 The appropriate crib mattress arrived over the weekend. It is not covered with a tight fitted sheet.
